Freddie was the leader and founder of the Gwladys Street Hardcore and as young lads, the world was their oyster, being the first generation to avoid National Service.
Freddie was a distinguished employee of Cammel lairds for over 30 years and took a senior role when the company traded in the south.
Freddie I believe to be the most loyal Evertonian in my lifetime and possibly of all time and he was enduringly popular and is badly missed.
